Polarizing coordinates like effect in illustrator
Hello,
I made a fence in Illustrator that I would like to warp into a ring shaped object. In Photoshop or After Effects I would use 'polarize coordinates' but I cant seem to find that in illustrator. Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried warp arc/arch-ing then duplicate and rotating the copy 180 degrees but I did not get a perfect circle.

I'm no Illustrator expert, but, if nothing else, you can set the fence graphic to be a brush and use it as a stroke on a circle.
