Smooth Camera Moves - Wiggle

In Andrew's new video 'Sam vs Sam' he says he shoots with the camera locked off then added the camera movement later in AE. Presuming he used the wiggle expressions.

What settings would he have used to create these random movements? What is a good setting?

In the Sure target tutorial he uses wiggle(.25,250) if i am correct, it creates a smooth nice wiggle.
That's my opinion though.
