New keyframe short cut

Hello, Everyone!
Can somebody tell me the shortcut to make a new key frame?

I need to know how to make a key frame via a short cut any ware the time indicator is.

It is a pain to have to go and click the key frame maker little icon.

Aron renewitz has a video tutorial about it, but I forgot where to find it

Example:
If you want to add an opacity keyframe, press Shift+Alt+T.
