Trim paths on Repeater randomly

Hi, i got a single shape layer with Repeater and i wanna use Trim Paths to random grow the shapes. Is there an expression for this? thanks

Expressions cannot do anything that native functions can't do, so this is a non-question. There simply cannot be such a thing because the Repeater and Trim Paths have no properties that can be adressed in such a fashion. You have to rework it and use separate groups for each duplicate/ instance.

Check out the attached project file of how you can achieve this with the Time Displacement effect.

Your Time Displacement Layer would be a pre-composed Fractal Noise Layer with the Mosaic effect. Set in a way so it overlays your shapes, one tile per shape.

Depending on how your project is set up, this may or may not work for your needs.
