FIX

I was able to replicate the error when loading E3D.

It seems when you update to Windows 10 Creator you have to update to the September 21 release of NVidia video drivers for E3D to work. I was able to do this on 3 different workstations. Note: Delete the current installation and reinstall after you have updated NVidia drivers.

To be clear I opened AE launched a project with E3D it worked. I then updated to Windows 10 Creator then launched the same project it failed. I then updated NVidia drivers then deleted E3D and reinstalled and it worked. Updating just the drivers did not fix the issue.
