Model alignment over footage within E3D interface?

Postby RTBOY on 04/16/2018, 11:21 am

Want to be able to see my 3D model composted over the footage plate within E3D so that I can better align the model within the scene as well as see what my generated shadows and reflections are doing on the ground plane. Do I have to jump back and forth between AE interface and E3D interface to see these effects and model relation to the live action scene?

no, you don't use the element interface, you do it within your composition. Scroll down the element group and select your rotation, size position etc and adjust accordingly.
