Are you asking for some suggestions on how you could create something like this yourself? If so, how much experience with AE do you have?
Or are you asking for someone to find you a premade project like this? If so, try going to Video Hive and places like that, they have tons of templates for sale there.

I'm just guessing here, so my suggestions might be way out of left field... but I'd guess that you'd need to take some letters, combine them into words, make them 3D (using Element or some other 3D program), animate them and add Twich from video Copilot. It could be more complicated than that, but who knows.

Why do people always give so much response to meaningless titles like: "Help me".

It looks 3D, so either elements or a 3D tool would work best...
