does anyone know or has a good idea how to attach the camera to the actor??

i think they used a steady-cam mount. the ones that fit over your body. i would have to imagine the camera being flat so it doesn't stick out more than a person's actual field of view.

I think there is a similar shot in Shaun of the Dead, and I recall seeing in the special features that it was pretty much a mount on Simon Pegg. The no-budget approach I'd take would be to physically tape a camera and tripod to your actor, and put something like a pillow or towel inbetween for safety (you don't want your camera scratched).
