After rendern is the Clip quality bad

Hi community,
sorry, my english is bad!

I created for a clip (851 x 315), so if render this clip via media encoder is the result bad :-(
The settings are in media encoder "h.264" "high bit rate"
I need your help - I'm totally desperate.
What is wrong?

Can anybody help me?

It's hard to say unless you supply more details, but H.264 is a very lossy codec.
Try rendering out to a PNG or TIF sequence. Is the result still bad?

Make sure you use a mod 4 resolution at least. Your res is really strange for h264.
