After Installing

Dear AE team. I bought the effects, full package (Jet Strike, Metropolitan, Action Essential, Pro Shaders etc). I installed them all in my system but I don't know how to access them afterwards, can some one help. I did use Action Essential, and could get everything in a folder, but just confused by these one.

Jet strike, metro and shaders are used with the ae plugin element 3d

Can't they also be used with Blender that comes with CS6?

Blender doesn't come with AE, but if you need to use the models they must be downloaded separately via the VC website and your download section.
