Audio Effects

Postby Fireadept on 11/2/2009, 8:47 am

I'm just wondering cause its the first time i've got this before.

"Unable to start audio playback.. Please confirm your audio device is properly configured or change the driver selection in preferences Audio Hardware..

Everything is configured fine i don't know why this is just now coming up. Ideas? Their is audio in my vids but i don't even need the audio for what i'm doing which is just a simple clone effect.

Personally as well i think the audio is messing up my vid since i'm using two different shots and they both have audio so when i lace them together the audio is messing my vid up. Stupid question probably but is their a way to just cut audio out of both clips?

Erm IIRC there is a mute button to the left of the layer name. Next to where the `eye` symbol is/ (right of the eye thing)

Thank you sir,

Just wondering the vids i've shot are shot in HD and when i drop them onto my laptop they can't run correctly like their slow as i watch them. I'm assuming since its because the specs of my top aren't so great?

Could be a thousand dif reasons. If you check the forum there is a thread regarding some issues on HD.

But since you have not told us the compter specs, video format, any compressions used etc etc or camera type you might be stuck a while.

Use the search, it`s a great feature man.

I'm using Quicktime as the format when rendering compression type is photo-jpeg. 30 frames per second.

Camera is the link below figured i would save some room.
