Postby Marc Biorklund on 07/11/2012, 9:32 am

Hi,

VideoCopilot Team is looking at your issues and you should shortly get some feedback from the support.
FYI, it's 9:30 am right now in LA, so the staff almost just started investigating the different issues.

For Element 3D problems / crash issue:

1. Make sure your GPU is supported by checking the Element 3D Supported GPU list

2. Make sure your OS / AE version is compatible:
• After Effects CS3, CS4, CS5, CS5.5, CS6
• Mac (10.6+) & Windows

3. Make sure you downloaded the last Element 3D update
Check out Element 3D update page

4. Be sure your graphics card is up to date. Many customers fixed all their issues after updating their drivers.

5. Send crash log to support(at)videocopilot.net (replace (at) by @)
Mac user: Log file should be located in : /Users/username/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
Please, add your system specs (OS, OS version, GPU Model, GPU driver version, RAM, AE version).

6. Is there a manual for Element 3D ?
Yes: http://www.videocopilot.net/help/element/help_files_v2/

Thank you for your help

Cheers,

Marc.
