Would 3 SSDs for my 2009 Alienware help?

I currently have a Samsung 1TB 850 Pro for my OS and programs and one Toshiba 4TB 7200rpm HDD from my Adobe Premiere projects files, scratch, and cache. If I were to purchase two more 1TB 850 Pros and use one for the project files, and the other for scratch and cache, would I see a significant reduction in my rendering times and in things such as Warp Stabilizer? My current setup is able to edit 4K clips from my Panasonic cameras just fine but I really wish rendering and warp stabilizer were much faster. If doing so might cut in half my current times for rendering and stabilizing, I wouldn't mind at all spending the $900 it would take to do it.

Current Setup
2009 Alienware Aurora
Intel Core i7 Extreme 975
24GB Ram
1TB Samsung 850 Pro for OS and programs
4TB Toshiba 7200rmp HDD for project files, scratch and cache

Proposed Change to my 2009 Alienware Aurora
Replace my 4TB Toshiba 7200rmp HDD for project files, scratch and cache for:
1TB Samsung 850 Pro for scratch and cache
1TB Samsung 850 Pro for project files
