Does anyone have experience with this company?

I'm looking for an affordable camera rig to mount my canon t3i, and I came across this company "film city" (one of their many names, which is already suspicious in itself). They make a rig with what seems to be all the features I need. Here's a link to the rig.
Does anyone have experience with this company, or better yet, this product? The reviews on the company itself are very mixed and often conflicting, so I'm not sure what to believe. I obviously don't want it to fall apart, but I also can't spend $800+ on a rig. If it really is horrible I may just end up building a rig from PVC, but then of course I don't have the rails to attach follow focus and other accessories.
I have dual citizenship with the United States and Florida.

Not suspicious at all, this is one of many Chinese build rigs available on eBay for $100 and upwards...

And they're probably better than you could ever hope for seeing the money you'll need to pay even for a simpler rig from something like JAG35 in the US... I spent like $700-800 for the rig & follow focus I built off Jag35.com for my 550D a couple of years back...

Looks pretty good. I do like the form factor of the cage rig setup but I guess that's not necessary. My plans to shoot a film this summer pretty much fell apart, so I have no timeframe in which I need to get a rig, which means I can spend some more time saving up for a decent one. Maybe I'll go with the cage rig, maybe I won't.

Thanks for the encouragement, and thank you both for your replies regarding the rig. :)

Hey, a company I recommend is Proaim Shop, (link below)

My friend owns the Follow focus V2 and I have used it and love it! Smooth, feels right in the finger tips, you can tell they are quality products.

I am currently looking at buying a DSLR rig kit and customize it and the customer service is amazing, I was able to quickly get an invoice with everything I wanted. I am really excited to purchase my rig. I have been researching the products they sell for weeks to make sure it is good quality and worth it and from what I have seen personally, you can't go wrong with them. The fact that they sell video production items at a low price compared to Redrockmicro is amazing, from steadicams, to cages, to even jibs, I do plan on purchasing most of my video stuff from them since I can tell I am a valuable customer and I will receive a great product. Of course, I can always return it back if I'd like which is a nice option they offer, however, I don't believe I will ever return my products.

Here is a link of the Kit I am looking into purchasing

Beautiful cage and shoulder mount, with a great FF, can't wait to have my 5DM2 on it. I really recommend you guys on a low budget to check it out.
