Hey I would like to see how to recreate an effect used in this video:

You can see the FX at about 1:20-1:26, 4:20-4:26 and other various parts through out the video.
The shot is much like a sequence shot for photography, but put into motion and looped?

The video I link to in this topic is something I am positive many of us would love to learn how to do! It is different than any of the current tutorials. In the video the soldiers in the game have a very different (custom) uniform when what you see in the actual game. It is obviously an edit. But the creators of the video only speak german, so I am unable to ask them.

I´m trying to do the effect of bullets going down troguh water wile the guy is swimming to run away from his enemies. (this is an underwater scene).
ALso I wanto to know how to do the effect of being underwater when it is not the situation. (Fake undedrwater).

It wud be great to have a tutorial on compiling different graphic elements on a certain theme and syncing it with audio say for a demo reel or a motion graphic work for a client.Basically how the motion graphic work is compiled and synced with audio in the industry.

I think a cool tutorial idea would be how to make it look like someone is getting impaled or stabbed. Another cool idea could be basic tips on how to fake punches.

I know that there are a lot of requests for a "building collapse" tutorial
But it would be grat if you could make one you probably know the trailer for the new film 2012 and in this trailer you can see some cool scenes where buildings are collapsing.
So please make a tutorial for this effect. it really would be exciting. (i know you like it to say ...welcome to another very exciting tutorial)

And ye the request: I think a tutorital... well i liked sean126, making a marvel box or free material whould be great. one thing from the new x-men wolverine i would liked to learn is when Victor take his sharp nails and scrach the car. Maby a displacement map and cc glas?? i dont know.

Ye some1 suggested a marvel dvd or tutorital that would be great! In the new X-men wolverine origins when victor take his nails and drag them on the car. i think a dicplacement map and cc glas whould be fine but i think you can come with a better idea.
And in the latest Tutorital you said there is no way to create realistic blood... and there is! i know a very good way. Contact me! ( well there is things that need to improve)

I think you should have a very advanced tutorial on keylight(1.2).
A tutorial on adding 3d exports (from 3ds max or maya) to you scene.
also I think you should start getting more into other programs like adobe premiere pro, or make some more tutorials on autodesk's 3ds max and maya.
I really think you should start getting into game creating, that would help me alot right now...

hi Andrew, i would like to thank for your amazing site, it has helped on numerous projects and provided with income to support my family. Ok, my drinking habits.

I'm working on a commercial where i have to follow the course of an electrical current going through a wall of wires, from a xerox machine to a computer on the other side of the city. I'm not a huge fan of amateur CGI work, in which i excel , and even thought about building a tunnel large enough to dolly in with my camera. Of course that's a stupid and expansive idea, and other than going straight through the tunnel, it would be very hard to make twists and turns, especially vertically. I would love to see a tutorial about this, maybe incorporating 3d software if its impossible with after fx alone. I realize its a bit similar to the "submerged" tutorial, but its still free to ask.

Hey, i love all your tutorials but maybe you could make a tutorial about blending multiple tutorials, Let's say mix the plasma ball with the desintegration tutorial. Cause the problem i still have is the blending off effects.
