Please i need help with this Problem

I rendered a movie from premiere pro in MPEG2 Format, PAL DV High Quality and when i played it on DVD, the image is not steady. it is frequently shaking and i dont know what else to do... please anyone with a solution should please help... THANKS

What do you mean by "frequently shaking?" Can you post a screen shot or give more information?

Does the mpeg2 file play on your computer before burning onto a dvd? That eliminates the file and narrows it to 1. your dvd burner, 2. your dvds 3. your dvd authoring program. If the mpeg2 is also "shaking," then obviously something in the export is not correct. is it playing smoothly within premiere?

Give us as much info as possible.

Is it interlaced or progressive? Sounds like you have field order wrong.
