MANKINDLY Promo

[Jenovation]

Hello, I am creating a short called MANKINDLY, about 7 young people with special abilites.

This is the first promo image (with me on it). I am one of the characters along with 3 guys and 3 girls.
We're all friends and we all work on it together. There will be a promo poster like this for each character.

I do all the special fx, editing, compositing etc..
And together with 2 others we're making the music and sound fx. This is such a fun project! ^_^

We're shooting everything with a Canon 5D and all special fx are done in After Effects.

This project was greatly inspired by Video Copilot and Andrew Kramer so I wanted to share this.
The film is expected to be finished around the first quarter of 2010!

Actually we haven't started filming yet, the script is now in it's final stages.

And as for the trailer, this short actually 'IS' a trailer.
A fake trailer for a flashing action movie about a group of friends with abilities that runs totally out of hand.

The actual movie will never be made (except if some hollywood guy calls us after watching it on youtube).
This way we can go wild with special fx shots and are allowed to leave a few loose ends storywise
