I deleted my Twitter account fairly shortly after creating it. For about two or three weeks I followed Video Copilot as well as many other interesting and cool people from the industry but it became too time-extensive and tiring to find the very few interesting tweets in the heap of pointless twaddle. I might miss one or two cool or funny piece of info a week now, but I happily accept that in order to be spared all the irrelevant stuff. Because I’ve learned that even intelligent people I highly respect post such utterly unnecessary things on twitter, it’s just a pain.
