		<description>I made it! I finally made it!
I took the OpticalFlares.aex file and put it here:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS5\Support Files\Plug-ins\Optical Flares

As you see I made the folder in the Plug-ins folder,
not here:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS5\Support Files\Plug-ins\Effects\Optical Flares</description>
