All of my work is XDCAM(HDV) and DVCpro 720p. Can anyone tell me if I need to start thinking about better video card or a raid to use a 2k format? I have a Mac Quad-Core Intel 3.0 Xeon with NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT. All of my work is XDCAM(HDV) and DVCpro 720p. Can anyone tell me if I need to start thinking about better video card or a raid to use a 2k format? And can the Action Essentials 2 2k format scale down to 720p? I do plan on having a 2k camera or better… someday. :)
