Hey guys, since we’re on the subject of sound, and we’ve got a bit of time to kill, I’ll ask a question. What headphones do you guys use for scoring your films?

I have Sennheiser HD650 over-the-ear ones that I use for mixing my band’s audio, which are pretty great, but I’m new to video and I’m getting pressure to sell them while they’re still worth $400+ (if you’re married you’ll understand these “pressures”).

What do you folks use? Andrew, what do you use? And what would you recommend for somebody like me – 30% rock music mixing, 40% iTunes listening, 30% video scoring – oh, and 100% looking like a dude-version of Princess Leia while I’m wearing them.
