I have a ton of trouble getting stuff to stick in the scenes I create in max. I have used boujou. In boujou works it really nice, when I place a test object in the scene, but after I export the max script, and then I imported it into 3D SMax stuff often slides around. The fps and resolution are the same, no scaling is done for the footage.

OK, I have done some more research, and the movie is called "Swordfish" produced by Warner Bro's.

The technique used is Digital Multicam, which is an array of up to 150 digital cameras that almost photograph instantly but with fraction of seconds to make effects like in this movie:

I hope we can create effects like that with matchmoving techniques, than we can laugh at the people who bought so many digital reflex cameras to make array's like that.
Even though like that you have superior realilty as it comes to human movement in slow motion.

So if I understand this right, we could make camera movements with CG models to create scenes like this?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6EOqVNSldYE (start @2min.)
The scene in the video that starts at 2:22 till 2:47 is just amazing!
Does anyone know what movie that is?

I soooo want to create something like that so badly!

@Some Guy: I was going to ask that exact question about rendering the shadows cuz for the life of me I couldn't figure it out. Thanks for the explanation now I don't have to ask. I will be giving that a shot.
