okee found a way to export it.. ctrl + shift + E.
than you can export it to a .3ds file.
just type te name how you want to save it and at the end .vpe
this only works with Ctrl + shift + E.
if you hit ctrl + E you can export it to a .DXF file if you try to save it here to a .vpe it wont work.

The vanishing point export to After Effects CS3 is only documented in the After Effects help and not in the Photoshop help, even though it's a Photoshop command. The command is described as "File > Export For After Effects CS3" ...but... its NOT in the File menu. In the Vanishing Point window, when it is open, there is a tiny right arrow button (>) at the top of the window. You have to click that to open a menu for exporting data from Vanishing Point. And as far as I can tell, this is not documented anywhere. If you don't accientally click on it, it just appears that the documented feature is missing from your File-> pulldown menu. And why couldn't Adobe document a Photoshop command in Photoshop help?

Your tutorial is brilliant.
